How To Join

| Step 1: | Assign a contact person for DSI Consortium business. Request a blank Member Agreement by completing the online Registration Form and emailing it to one of the founder contact persons. |
| Step 2: | After receipt of the blank Member Agreement, complete and sign 4 (four) originals. Then mail them to the assigned founder contact person. |
| Step 3: | Founders will sign all copies of the Member Agreement and each retain one for their records. |
| Step 4: | We will return one Agreement to you and advise you of the next appropriate entry event for membership. |
